Both Jeff and Danielle always found time to help me, even when I just walked in with a problem. Caitlin always has a smile for everyone and can find a solution for any situation. A joy to work with! Appointment scheduled same day as I called the office. The receptionist at the Randolph Road office was off, but the receptionist at the Monroe Mall office handled it as if she was in the other office--Seamless!! Dr. Py Diagnosed and fixed my hearing aid problem in a matter of minutes, while I waited in his private office. Dr. Py is an expert on both "sides" of the Human-Machine interface.
